Confused about this post? Start with the intro - HERE

I am grateful to have learned how to move my body in a supportive way.

When I learned how to crawl and walk and run and move my physical container, I didn’t realize how essential it would be to me as a person. It is a core component of my life and I am grateful I learned how to do it and that I am able to do it. Connecting to the earth element in this way keeps me grounded, steady, and stable. Movement is the practice that I can most consistently identify throughout my life. From gymnastics at three, to soccer, karate, softball, running, springboard diving, field hockey, hiking, yoga, qi gong, dance and more, I have learned how deeply essential movement practice is to my personal nature, wellness, and health. Supporting myself in this way intentionally has made a huge difference in my life.
