#21 - 40 till 40

Confused about this post? Start with the intro - HERE

I am grateful to have speech and expression.

You might not know, but I spoke “late.” As a child I heard multiple languages and was confused as to which one to pick (or so the story goes). I eventually figured it out, but I’ve always been on the quieter more reserved side. I’m never sure if this is because of the early experience or my natural introverted nature. Probably a little bit of both. So I am grateful I learned how to speak and communicate. I think it is a big part of my learning in this life to express myself in both speech and writing. It is often still challenging for me. Teaching is one of the ways I continue to cultivate this in my life. My inner life is deep and vast and sometimes the words don’t exist to express, share, or explain what I am experiencing. I do my best, and I continue to expand and learn in this area as the teacher/guide archetype in me wants to join the world more and more. I’m really inspired by people who have this deep connection and facility with expression and language as I continue to do my practice around this in my life.
