Your whole-being wellness now includes your digital life.

In the last 20 years, we’ve quietly added a new category to our wellbeing that has gone unnoticed until now.

Once a completely separate part of our life that we could leave at the office, our digital life is now integrated with the rest of our life. It is a key category just like our sleep, food, movement, and breath.

We can no longer ignore how much of an impact it has on our wellbeing. One way to do this is to become conscious of it, instead of passively letting it run our lives.

I call this conscious technology use, or living a conscious tech life.

I’ve been in the wellness arts for over 20 years. I’ve watched this rise the last ten years as it became more impactful my everyday life and in my students lives.

Tech and our phones are not going away anytime soon. That means we need to ingrate them in a healthy way for us as individuals.

I believe (and have experienced) a complete shift in my consciousness around how I use my tech in my daily life. This has returned creativity, time, energy, and self-connection.

I believe it can for you too.

A day when your wake up feeling refreshed, don’t reach for your phone first thing, and have reclaimed your time, energy, and attention.

It is possible to reset your relationship with your phone, reengage with your life, your values, and the things you love.

If you’re open to experimenting with your life and habits from a perspective that goes beyond the surface, you’re in the right place.

You’re in the right place if:

  • You’ve tried the quick hacks and now your looking for a deeper, long term solution, even if it takes longer than those hacks.

You’re looking for lasting change, perspective shifts, and real solutions.

  • You pick up your phone to do one thing. Then you look up and an hour has gone by with no idea where it went or what happened.

You’re not alone. We’ve all been there. oes here

  • You know there has to be more than this, but you haven’t figured it out on your own and are looking for a supportive structure and container to compassionately experiment and change in the way that is right for you and your life. oes here

  • Maybe you feel disconnected from your body, or maybe your spirit, or what you love and enjoy. Maybe all of them.

This isn’t just about screen time reduction, it’s about reconnecting to your inner self, so that you can reconnect to what makes you feel alive.

It’s for supporting your whole human being system.

  • Part of creating more space, time, energy, and creativity in your life is knowing what gives you meaning and lights you up at your deepest level.

What do you want to do with this time you free up? What do you want to create? What do you want to experience?

Your can feel the deep calling within for a shift. You are looking for more connection with yourself.

  • I am calling this a new dimension of our wellness because it has become such an integral part of all of our lives.

It matters, and not from a moral “less screen time” stand point. It matters for your daily wellness. Your self-connection. Your ability to align with what you truly want. Your ability to live the way you want.
