Hi! My name is Sawrah
I’m a self-support guide. I help the givers, sensitive souls, introverts, and empaths of the world re-engineer their lives to help them live in alignment with their inner compass.
Through a combination of movement practice, energy healing, limiting belief release, spirituality, self-study, and inner connection, you are guided towards loving acceptance of yourself, your innate skills, and uncovering your inner wisdom. We collaborate to shift your daily practices to reflect who YOU are and what is supportive for YOUR human being system.

Why I’m drawn to this work
I’ve been an outsider my whole life. Culturally, energetically, mentally, creatively. I’ve had to reengineer my life to suit my highly sensitive, intuitive nature, even when it didn’t make sense. I’ve done enough trial and error, study, and experimentation to accompany you with a steady hand and an open heart. Helping you skip the potholes I myself fell into.
Whether you’re here for the Conscious Tech Use journey to using your phone less and reclaiming your time, or you’re interested in creating self-supportive practices for a more harmonious life, you are always encouraged to do what is right for you and your life and circumstances.
You won’t find dogma or strict rules here. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will guide you, ask questions, and encourage you to explore with an open heart, lots of experimentation, and support along the way. We all lead such different lives, and need different things. I’m here to tell you you can do it differently, the way that is right for you and your human being system.
