I am grateful for the ability to shift perspectives.

This is one of the most supportive practices I have found for me personally. The ability to change to my mind, shift a perspective, change a belief, view something entirely from a different vantage point has helped me in just about every situation I have ever been in. It is a gift and it is a skill that everyone can learn. Having fixed ideas was a part of my socialization, and learning that my natural state has a wider, more expansive vantage point has opened my life to things and ways of being that I could have never expected.
