I am grateful for new experiences.
I have had the great fortune over the last 40 years to have incredible experiences over and over again. And at one time they were all new experiences to me. I am grateful to have them and continue to have them. As we get older, our new experiences tend to get fewer and farther between as we get more familiar with the world and our worlds, but I have challenged myself to keep having them. I add them to my top of the year lists every year. I don’t always get to all of them, but I make sure I get to a few. They are a source of joy, vitality, and learning for me, no matter what type they are. I am grateful for the ability and space to cultivate them, have them, and receive new information from them.
