Today is my one year anniversary of launching this website!

I’m so grateful to each and every one of you who has supported me over the last year (and years)! Thank you for coming to class, workshops, private sessions, listening to the podcast, subscribing, liking a post, following me, and for trusting me. It means the world to me and I am so grateful.

Everything I have created and experimented with over the last year has been with two things in mind - what wants to come through me, and what is helpful and supportive at this time. Those two avenues will continue to be my guiding ways.

I know that as I change and evolve, so does my teaching and the way I am communicating. I’m excited to see what unfolds next!
