About the Book
This book came into being through a series of intuitive messages through meditation. The messages were collected from 2021 - 2022, though they are timeless.
Each page of this book contains one message. You can use it as a journal prompt, a contemplation anchor, food for thought, food for the body, or whatever else connects with you. You can also use this book like an oracle deck, flipping to a page at random to receive a message. There is no wrong way to use this book.
This book is not for everyone, in fact, it’s not for most people, but if you have a spiritual curiosity, a desire to support your energetic system, and practically apply practice to your life, it’s for you.
The messages are simple, deceptively so, but that does not mean they are easy. Some will challenge you, some you won’t believe, some will be exactly what you need, some will be perfect for you, some won’t connect until a future time, some you’ll look at once and never look at again, some you will go back to again and again.
