Information overload is quickly becoming normalized as a way of life.

This workshop offers a way to create a new relationship with your informational input.

The Synopsis:

After I ran my own input fast earlier this year, which you can read about in these blogs (What is an Input fast? ; Input Fast Reflections), I heard from a lot of you that might want try some version of this. So here we are!

This workshop will teach you how to create your own input fast.

We go over -

  • What is an input fast?

  • Create your own definition of what “input” actually is with my guidance and my definition

  • How you feel about all this input you are taking in

  • How to create your own input fast

  • You’ll also learn how to run a personal experiment if its your first time doing so

  • I’ll also share what I think is most important when designing personal life experiments

What else is included?

Meditation and journaling will be a component of this workshop. This topic is highly reflective and individual. Each person will have a completely different frame for what input is in their lives. I’ll offer a meditation to help you come into contact with the input areas of your life and provide you with prompts to help you identify these areas more deeply. It’s ok if you are not used to journaling. These prompts can be answered in a few words. Please note, this workshop does not include any yoga postures.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in living a more intentional life and enjoys the inner journey. This workshop will help you get clear on what you are taking into your energy field, and whether or not you want to be taking it in. This workshop is for anyone looking to experiment with temporarily removing one distracting thing in your life, or perhaps many. Trying it on for size and then learning from it. This workshop is for anyone who is interested in being reflective of their own behavior and habits. This workshop is for anyone who wants to simplify their life.

Who this workshop is NOT for

This workshop is not for anyone who is not willing to look inside themselves, or is not interested in changing anything about their life or habits. If introspection is not your thing, I’d skip this one.

Why should I take the time to do this?

I’m not really one to tell anyone how to live their lives (anymore), but I can share tools, tips, and methods that I have learned from over 20 years in the wellness world. So the question I would ask is not the one above. I would ask you to check in with your body and see if this idea resonates with you. Do you get a “yes, that’s interesting! I want to try that!” or do you get something else. Then I’d ask you to check in and see if you are feeling resistance to being without information for a period of time, even a period of time you choose at your own discretion. This will give you a lot of information about where you’re at in your conscious tech and information journey, and if joining this experiment is right for you.

What can I do after I complete this workshop?

You will also be able to create your own input fast and experiments on your own. You’ll be able to map out your input fast and put it into place as soon as you feel ready. Maybe even the following week! Though I do often recommend some time for integration of new material after you learn something new. However, it is up to you. You will have all of the tools you need to start your experiment. You will have gained a life tool!
