On Demand Workshop
Create A Journaling Practice
Have you ever wondered what the fuss is all about when it comes to journaling?
Have you ever wanted to start a journaling practice of your own?
Do you have no idea where to start?
If you’ve been around the yoga, self-development, wellness, or healing world for a bit, you might have casually heard people telling you to journal, or that journaling would benefit you. It’s good advice, really, but often it doesn’t come with a how to. So you might find yourself sitting in front of a brand new snazzy notebook, the blank page staring at you and your mind equally as blank. How do you get started?
Or maybe you are an experienced journaler or writer looking for a refresh to reclaim your practice?
No matter your experience level, there is space for you here in this workshop.
I’ve scheduled a spacious amount of time so we can practice and explore journaling together. We’ll go over some styles and methods and then you’ll get to practice them in real time. Being able to practice something right after we learn it helps us embody our learning and new skills.
While I will be sharing several different methods, the intention is always to create space for you to do and create your own practice (that works for you). Each of us is different, and so we all need different practices. This spaciousness, compassion, and allowing, helps you create more opportunity for flow. Honestly, you don’t even have to write in sentences!
