Group Yoga Experiences
Small group yoga experiences are a specialty of Sawrah’s teaching. Moving away from weekly drop in classes towards dedicated longer term study groups has helped expand her offerings beyond asana to more specific topics including yoga philosophy and the other limbs of yoga. Asana is still a key component but it is not the only component.
One on One Private Sessions
Why choose a private one on one yoga session? Because yoga is an individual, personal, and specialized experience. Each body is different, each set of bones and emotions is different, your yoga should be too. Each session is tailored specifically towards your needs and intentions.
Meditation
If you are new to meditation, a guided experience and step by step instructions will help open you up to this life affirming practice. Especially good for those who think they can’t meditate. Meditation is available a private session for one on one instruction for creating a practice, or revitalizing an older one.
