I am grateful to have been born.
I am grateful that my parents decided to bring me into this world. I am grateful I was born. This human experience is a unique one, and I am grateful to be having it. I also think this is a unique time in history to be alive and presents unparalleled opportunities for experiences that have never existed before. To be alive in a time where neuroplasticity is a thing alone is kind of miraculous, never mind all of the other incredible things that have been discovered, created, and birthed in my lifetime. I am deeply aware of both the cyclical historical pattern of the moment and simultaneously its uniqueness. I am grateful to be a part of it.
